Istanbul Attorneys is a full-service law firm in Kağıthane, Istanbul. We work almost entirely for foreigners: expats, international residents, investors — people who have to act under Turkish law without speaking Turkish or living here. The pattern repeats. A contract in Turkish with a signature line at the bottom. A hearing listed for a Tuesday when you are 3,000 km away. A payment demand nobody will explain. We read the Turkish, tell you what it actually says, and tell you what we would do about it.

We are led by two founding partners with complementary strengths. Onur Çalışıcı heads corporate, real-estate, citizenship and litigation matters; Oruç Aygün leads criminal defense and enforcement. Around them sits a team that handles everything from a citizenship-by-investment file to a contested divorce, so a client rarely needs to look for a second firm.
